The philosophy of the Gams Hotel is based on mindfulness, enjoyment and sustainability. Our kitchen team tantalises the discerning palate preparing daily changing delicious dishes according to the season to meet the “Slow Food” principles. Our head chef, Matthias Sippl and his team never fall short of new ideas to pleasantly surprise the guests.

Throughout the year, you are welcome to our restaurant to indulge yourself with specialities of the local and international cuisine. We would like to suggest you our ever-changing themed dinners, such as the “Culinary Spring Awakening” or a barbecue with mouth-watering dishes cooked on the charcoal grill.  Enjoy fresh products sourced from local farmers. Sitting back at the tables in our rustic dining rooms or on the terrace, our guests do not remain strangers for long. The warm and friendly atmosphere is contagious, encouraging the guests to engage in conversion.
